100 Pound Challenge #1

Back in February, our 100 pound challengers had their first Biggest Loser style challenge. Boy was it a lot of fun!!

Some of the activities included:

  • A nutrition quiz…can you believe the Chocolate Chip Paradise Pie contains 1600 calories? Whoa! I wondered why it tasted so good…
  • A race to gather the most calories…yes contestants ran to grab food cartons. The goal was to have the most calories in the end.
  • A relay to finish certain exercises the fastest.

I’m so proud of the lifestyle changes these challengers have made! They are really dropping the pounds and living healthier inside and out! Stay tuned for more great stories and videos from the group and in the meantime I would love to know:
