Are You Going to Join Me for Some Basketball with Agape Outreach Homes?
Will you be there when Agape Outreach Homes takes on the WBIR Channel 10 Heartbreakers?
I hope so! This awesome event will take place on Thursday, March 4th at 7:30 pm. The event serves as a fundraiser for the Agape Outreach Homes so that they can better serve their mentally ill residents.
But it’s really more than just a basketball game, it is a night of emotional healing. The residents of Agape Homes love to play basketball and they will be playing as participants in this game. This is a chance for guys that have been considered the “outcasts of society” to be uplifted and cheered by society. It will build their self-confidence and will help them mentally and physically.

Yeah that’s right an awesome score of 87 to 81! Close call but those Agape guys know what they are doing!
The residents were able to hold the trophy and received a group photo. They were so excited about their accomplishment that they still talk about it to this day!!
They sure have been practicing so it’ll be a good game. These guys spend 2 to 2 1/2 hours practicing at the Park West Church on Middlebrook Pike on Wednesdays and Fridays. What a workout!

It’ll be lot of fun and we can have our own Fox Fitness cheering section! There will be cheerleaders, mascots, concessions, prizes, and much more. Tickets are only $5.
