This year I turned the big 3-0! I wasn't super excited about it, but I guess at least I still feel young so that's they key!  You're only as old as you feel right? Anyhow, I decided why not dedicate a workout to the 30's!? Well this is a fat burning workout where you'll perform 30 reps of each exercise. So be prepared to sweat!
