So I've decided to take on a new challenge and it's called the Wheat Belly Diet. This is based off a book by William Davis. So basically I've decided to give up wheat and go gluten free for the next 4 weeks. This includes whole grains (yes even whole wheat!) or any product with wheat or gluten.
