		<description>Your welcome Fiona! I would suggest NOT doing this workout everyday. It&#039;s important you give your muscles a rest to repair and recover so you can notice changes. Instead I would suggest 3 days/week on alternating days such as Mon, Wed, and Friday. Also, be sure you are picking a weight heavy enough to feel the burn at the end of each set. Combined with a protein rich and healthy diet and some cardio, you should notice some major changes in only a few weeks!</description>
