Killer Bodyweight 500 Rep Workout
This killer bodyweight workout is a great fat burning workout that will tone every part of your body and the great thing is it doesn’t even require any equipment, so no excuses on this one. You can do it anywhere, anytime!
The Workout:
Complete 20 reps of each exercise. Your goal is to complete 5 rounds total. If you are a beginner start with 1 or 2 rounds and work your way up to 5.
The Exercises:
- Squat
- Burpee
- Push-Up
- Plank V-Jump
- Toe Reaches
