Chai Tea Protein Shake Recipe
One of my favorite winter drinks is chai tea, so I was rather excited to try this chai tea protein shake recipe. It’s great for a post workout protein punch or an easy on the go meal. I must say it is delicious and one of my new favorite shake recipes! I hope you enjoy it too.
- 1 1/2 cups of brewed chai tea (chilled)
- 1/2 cup low fat milk
- 1/2 tbsp honey or 1/2 tsp stevia
- 1 small banana
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder (I love Optimum Nutrition 100% Natural Whey Vanilla)
- Ice cubes
Mix everything in a blender and enjoy!
