- 3/4 cup water
- 8 ice cubes
- 1/2 medium banana
- 1 tbsp natural peanut butter
- 1 scoop natural chocolate whey protein powder (I like Optimum Nutrition’s Natural Whey Protein)
- Pinch of stevia
