Hoppy Tabata Workout
This weeks get foxy workout will have you hopping around a bit. Hopping is a great way to get that heart rate up and burn lots of calories! This workout will be challenging but just remember the hard work will pay off as with each workout you're getting closer to your fitness goal!
Equipment: Gymboss Interval Timer –> Get yours here!
The Workout: For this workout you'll be doing a traditional tabata workout. Perform each exercise for 20 seconds followed by a 10 second rest. Complete 7 more rounds for a total of 8 rounds before moving onto the next exercise. The goal is to work as hard as possible during that 20 seconds to really spike the heart rate and push yourself for maximum calorie burn!
The Exercises:
- Double Hop Burpee
- V-Up
- Reverse Lunge With Knee Up (alternating legs each round)
- Hoppy Plank
For those more advanced: Repeat another 8 round set of each exercise for a total of 2 complete rounds!

Well I’ve gone through it once..now on to the second time…This is awesome…better than the Y.M.C.A. workouts or boot camp….sweating like a dog but happy!!
It is fun doing these with you..jumping at the same time…and I admire how you are always saying”abs in”, and showing adaptations an correct form. I will share this blog with friends..I also like how you say that it is hard but keep at it….’You can do anything for two minutes.” Now time to shower!!
