Today I’m going to show you how to take the Kamagon Ball and get a totally awesome ab workout with it. If you want an extra challenge to shape and tone those abs then using this Kamagon Ball will definitely do the trick!
Equipment: Kamagon Ball
Workout: Circuit through the workout performing each exercise for 30 seconds each before moving onto the next. Complete 3-4 rounds of the workout.
