Team Training

This is our core offering at Fox Fitness.  Since Day One, team training has been our primary focus.  Most of our time and energy, as a team, is spent on ensuring our team training model is first in class.  

Even though our team training allows up to 20 people per session, we pride ourselves in being able to customize each session and tailor the workout to meet your needs.  We all move different, have different history and backstory, and have different goals, so why should we expect your program to look the same?

1-on-1 Personal Training

Personal training is a great option for those that want, or need, a little extra attention.  With our 1-on-1 Personal training, you'll get a customized workout, customized experience, and everything will be tailored specifically to you.  That's the benefit of hiring a personal trainer right?
