Travel Band Workout
This full body travel band workout is great strength training routine that you can do at home or even on the go during your next vacation or business trip. Bands are a great piece of exercise equipment because they are lightweight and compact making them easy to pack in your to go bag.
Complete each exercise for a total of 15-20 reps.
Beginners start with 1 set of each exercise and work your way up to a total of 3 sets of each exercise.
- Band Squat with Side Lift – works thighs and glutes
- Band Lunge with Shoulder Press – works thighs, glutes, and shoulders
- Band Curls – works biceps
- Band Rows – works upper back
- Band Tricep Extensions – works triceps
