Ever wonder what the best time to workout is?
Well I have one simple answer for you – Pick a time that works for you in your schedule and stick to it! By finding a time that works for you then you are more likely to stay consistent and stick to your workout program. By staying consistent you’ll be able to establish a habit of exercise, and get the results you desire.
For myself personally I like to workout in the morning. I’m more likely to do it if I get it done and out of the way. Also, it makes me feel more energized throughout my day and there are less distractions. And maybe you feel the same way. Maybe you have a lot going in the evening such as running the kids around, cooking dinner, or business meetings. In that case working out in the evening may often get skipped, and mornings or lunch time may be best.
For others of you, mornings may not be your thing. There’s no way you are going to roll out of bed at 5:30 am and honestly you’re worthless anyways until you’ve been up for 3 hours. If that’s the case then mornings may not be for you and so head to the gym later in the day or at night.
As I said before the best time to workout is when it’s convenient for you.
When you feel like you can squeeze it in and stay consistent with your workout routine.
