45-minute metabolic resistance training session. Get Foxy sessions are action packed and focus on all aspects of fitness. We address mobility, conditioning, and strength within each 45-minute session. This is our core offering and should be part of your complete health and wellness plan.

🧘🏻‍♀️ Get Chill:

30-minute session that’s designed to create the space needed for rest, recovery, and optimization of your nervous system. These sessions will consist of breathwork, myofascial release, and other modalities to down-regulate your sympathetic nervous system. By doing so, we can crush inflammation, reduce pain, and optimize your overall health and wellness.

🏃🏽‍♀️ Get Supple:

30-minute session focused on improving mobility, stability, and restoring our innate movement patterns we were born with. Over time, due to repetitive stresses and postures within our lives, we tend to get tighter in certain areas, lose strength in others, and create compensation patterns. Everything from getting strong to losing weight gets easier when we’re able to remove some of the roadblocks and restore the amazing function that is the human body.

🏋🏽‍♀️ Get Strong:

30-minute session that helps improve strength WITH mobility. These 30-minute express workouts are designed to help reinforce getting strong while utilizing our full range of motion within our joints. If you want to enjoy life to the fullest, these sessions will help you do just that. We’ll spend our 30-minutes together building the strength and confidence you can do any activity life throws at you from hiking to paddleboarding.
