Inbody Results Are In ... So Now What?

Step One: Understanding the Handout

First things first ... watch this video before anything else.  We'll explain how to interpret the results, and more importantly, how we'll use this data to dial in our goals.  

Step Two: Calculate Your Total Energy Expenditure

Now that we know what the numbers mean...let's figure out what YOUR specific daily energy expenditure looks like. 

 

This will give us a specific number to shoot for when determining how many calories we need on a daily basis to lose weight effectively.  Simply take the Basil Metabolic Rate from the results sheet and use the multiplier from the appropriate category below:

Sedentary: BMR x 1.2

Lightly Active: BMR x 1.3 - 1.4

Moderately Active: BMR x 1.5 - 1.6

Very Active: BMR x 1.7 - 1.8

Extremely Active: BMR x 1.9 - 2.0

​

*Don't adjust calories drastically from where you're currently at.  Our goal would be to adjust either up or down by only 10-15% for two week time periods until you're consistently at your target intake goals.

Step Three: Set Goals and Send Them to Us

Now that we know how to read the results and where we're at currently today, it time to set some goals. 

 

Click the button below to access our Goal Setting Document.  This Google Form will allow us to see your goals as well ... which we'll use to help you create an action plan for hitting your targets :)

Step Four: Schedule a Strategy Session

The final step is to schedule your strategy session.  During this session, we'll create a list of actionable items to incorporate into our daily habits. 

 

Basically, we'll spend 15 minutes together dialing in the specifics and what it will take to hit your goals.
