Have questions about the challenge?
What are the classes like? What will I be doing?
Our classes are primarily focused on strength training and learning how to use your body weight along with a variety of other equipment ... like dumbbells, kettlebells, suspension trainers, resistance bands, etc... Even though we put a heavy emphasis on the strength training side of things, you can rest assured we'll still address all the conditioning and mobility work you'll need as well.
What if I'm a beginner, or have some limitations I need to work around?
No worries ... we got you covered. Our coaches are all extremely versatile and understand that not everyone can, or should, be doing the exact same things. We have a variety of progressions AND regressions for each and every exercise we do at Fox Fitness. That means even if you have a bum knee or a bad back ... or you just havent' done much of anything recently ... our coaching staff will be able to take care of you. The only stipulation we have is tht you must have the ability/capacity to get up and down from the floor. As long as you got that ... we got you! And if you can't ... you're still covered ... we'll just need to talk about our personal training options instead of team training.
What times are available? And do I have to choose a specific time slot?
We have a scheduling app you'll have access to while you're with us at Fox Fitness. You'll be able to come to any of the team training sessions we have each week. You're not stuck in one specific spot. Simply use the app to find a time that works for you and book your sessions from there with a couple quick clicks. Our schedule currently is:
Monday - 530am, 630am, 8am, 9am, 530pm
Tuesday - 530am, 8am, 530pm
Wednesday - 530am, 630am, 8am, 9am, 530pm
Thursday - 530am, 8am, 530pm
Friday - 530am, 630am, 8am, 9am
Saturday - 7am, 8am, 9am
Is there a cap on how many people will be in each class?
Yes, we have a class capacity of 20 people. That's where our scheduling app comes in handy, if we happen to hit a capacity max, our app will only let you book via joining a waitlist ... then ... if someone cancels prior to class starting ... we'll notify you that you're good to come in.
What kind of results can I expect?
This really depends on the effort you put in ... and also taking into account that everyone is different. However, the typical member coming in for our 6-week programs will lose anywhere from 8-15 lbs. ... with some laides topping out over 20lbs. down on the scale. Along with the weight loss, you'll have a ton of energy, you'll drastically improve your strength, your confidence will be at an all-time high, and you'll more than likely lose 1-3 pants sizes. We'll work with you hand and hand to ensure you're making progress, and if you're not, we'll troubleshoot the problem and put together a solution to get you back on track.
