Jared has been in the health and wellness industry for over 20 years now. Over the past two decades, he's worked with everything from training athletes to maximize their performance to extensive rehabilitative work to weight loss and everything in between. However, over the past 7+ years, his focus has been on helping women achieve their full potential. He is co-owner of Fox Fitness with his wife, Whitney Woolever. Together, they've created one of the most transformative programs for women's health on the market today.

Claudia Aguirre has 5+ years of experience in the personal training industry. She is one of our main coaches at Fox Fitness, specializes in kettlebells, and is our Director of Nutrition. She started going to the gym and immediately fell in love with the gym and its potential to change a person’s life. She enjoys reading in her spare time, spending time outside, and is passionate about healing others through movement, meditation, and nutrition.
